Camporese Andrea

Andrea Camporese is the president of INPGI (Giovanni Amendola National institute for the welfare of Italian journalists) since 2008, and editor of the organization’s magazine INPGI – Comunicazione. Deputy desk chief of the Rai (Italian public broadcaster) headquarters in Padua, Veneto region, he began his journalistic career in 1987 working for various regional and national publications without a regular contract for over ten years, before being hired by Rai. He was a member of the Veneto journalists union since 1989 and an Fnsi (National press association) national council member for 15 years. He was also vice president of Casagit, the independent journalists fund.
