Farruggia Alessandro

Alessandro Farruggia is a professional journalist at the Rome offices of Italian dailies Il Resto del Carlino, La Nazione and Il Giorno; he deals mainly in environment and foreign news. Since the end of the 80s he has covered the main international environment-related conferences. He participated in two PNRA (National program for Antarctica research) expeditions; the reportages written on the last of these won the 2006 Saint Vincent Journalism Award.
