Ferrara Giuliano

Giuliano Ferrara is a journalist born in Rome in 1952. He was a member of the Italian Communist party (Pci) and later left the movement and worked for daily Il Corriere della Sera with his column Bretelle rosse. He was involved in politics and was spokesman for the fist Berlusconi mandate. He debuted as television host in 1987 with Linea rovente, the first of his many political and current events talk shows, including Otto e mezzo on private channel La7, from 2002 to 2008. He founded and is editor of daily Il Foglio.
