Alessio Jacona is a journalist, blogger and communications consultant. For years he has dealt in web 2.0, social networking, Internet industry and market, new media, corporate and business blogging. For six years he has worked on Blogs4biz.info, an internal and external corporate communications blog, and since 2008 he collaborates with Nova24, technological insert of daily Il Sole 24 Ore. Currently he is participating in the Telecom Italia project Internet Media and Digital Communication in external relations management. His blog is entitled the web observer.
