Gabriele Salari begins his journalistic career as head of Greenpeace Italian press office from 2001 to 2007, then publishing area coordinator in the State Forestry Department press office. He collaborates with several publications including Plein Air, D La Repubblica delle Donne, I Viaggi di Repubblica and daily La Stampa. He is a professor for the environmental communications master program at La Sapienza University in Rome promoted by Modus Vivendi magazine and CTS (student tourist center). In April 2008 he published the book Sos Natura – Come difendere il pianeta Terra for young readers, and in also author of Diario Umbro – Un anno sul Monte Subasio tra santi, lecci e poeti.
