Slawka G. Scarso is a food&wine communications consultant and wine marketing professor at LUISS Business School in Rome. She has collaborated with several specialized periodicals and edits the blog Marketingdelvino since 2005. She is currently working on a book about wine, due to be published at the end of 2010.
