Lorella Zanardo is an entrepreneur and writer on women’s issues. She has held positions in the marketing field for many years, including European brand manager for Unilever in Milan and Paris and marketing director for Gruppo Mondadori. She has managed community projects in diversity management and organized and chaired innovative courses on themes of change for organizations and individuals. She holds a Master of Business Administration as well as a degree in English and German literature. Her company Sportgate specializes in consultancy services and innovative training, proposed both through the practice of sport and through the stories of great Olympic champions. Her blog Il Corpo delle Donne focuses on the role women occupy in Italian public life. She produced and directed the widely-discussed 2009 documentary Il Corpo delle Donne on how women are portrayed on Italian TV. She is a member of the advisory board of Women’s International Networking (W.I.N), an independent social and international women’s leadership organization. W.I.N. is a reference point for modern women working internationally, conscious men and organizations active in the field of women’s leadership (including personal leadership), development and diversity & inclusion.
