Philip Willan è scrittore e giornalista, specializzato in italian parapolitics. Ha lavorato a Roma per più di vent’anni ed è l’autore di Puppetmasters, The Political Use of Terrorism in Italy, pubblicato per la prima volta nel 1991. Il suo ultimo libro è The Last Supper, The mafia, the masons and the killing of Roberto Calvi (2007). Ha contribuito in fase di ricerca, nella stesura del best seller di David Yallop, In God’s Name sul presunto assassinio di Giovanni Paolo I e nella stesura di The Moneychangers, di Charles Raw, un’analisi della relazione esistente tra il Banco Ambrosiano e la banca vaticana.

He has worked in Rome for more than 20 years and is the author of Puppetmasters, The Political Use of Terrorism in Italy, first published in 1991. His latest book is The Last Supper, The mafia, the masons and the killing of Roberto Calvi (2007). He has also contributed research to David Yallop’s best-selling In God’s Name about the alleged murder of Pope John Paul I and Charles Raw’s The Moneychangers, an analysis of the relationship between the Banco Ambrosiano and the Vatican bank.
