Luca Miggiano
Luca Miggiano is the Deputy Manager of the GROW campaign for Oxfam Novib, the Dutch branch of the international NGOs, where he is responsible for influencing work on land rights, climate change and agricultural investments. He is based in The Hague, in the Netherlands, where he lives with his wife and his daughter. Before joining Oxfam, Luca was advisor at the Secretariat of the International Land Coalition, where he established a program to protect land and environmental rights defenders at risk. Luca holds a MA in International Affairs from the University of Roma Tre, Italy, and a MSc in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London.
