Hundreds of young people from all over the planet who are passionate about journalism have applied to be a festival volunteer. We have now selected those who will be part of the festival team. A list of these festival volunteers will be online soon.
Many excellent candidates have unfortunately been excluded. We have space only for a certain number. A big thanks to all those who applied. If you weren’t successful this time, please try again for the 2011 festival. Or better still, come to the 2010 festival anyway (there is plenty of cheap accommodation in Perugia) and enjoy the event without having onerous duties to perform!
Volunteers will be involved in one or more of the following activities:
> press office
> logistics
> hospitality desk
> infopoint
> photographer
> video-maker
> writing articles for the online festival magazine
All volunteers coming from outside Italy will be provided with free food and accommodation (at the University of Perugia student residences and student canteen).
