Why must investigation into energy dependencies be European? It's fairly easy: energy empires like Gazprom act globally, their interests are international, but their lobby groups are interacting with governments all over the place to influence European politics in their favor. Even more so if they are state-dominated. We want to discuss what we need to know about their methods and actions. We want to discuss what kind of network we need in Europe to investigate their political might. And we would like to connect to journalists who work in the same field.
