Luis Fernando García is the executive Director and co-founder of R3D (Red en Defensa de los Derechos Digitales), a digital rights organization based in Mexico. He has a Law Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico and a Masters in International Human Rights Law from Lund University in Sweden.
