Phil Rees
Phil Rees is the director of Al Jazeera’s Investigative Unit. Prior to that he ran an independent production company following a career at the BBC where he was often based in South East Asia. The Investigative Unit has won multiple international awards for hard-hitting investigations spanning the illicit trade in wildlife, to doping in sport and the shady market of “golden passports” in Cyprus.
